NEW ORLEANS, LA, February 1, 2024 – E.N. Bisso & Son, Inc. (“E.N. Bisso”), a New Orleans-based provider of harbor tug services in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, announced today the closing of its purchase of Seabulk Towing, Inc. (“Seabulk Towing”) from Seabulk Towing Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of Seacor Holdings Inc.
With this transaction, E.N. Bisso will now provide harbor tug service in five additional ports: Mobile, Alabama; Tampa, Florida; Port Manatee, Florida; Miami, Florida; and Port Everglades, Florida. E.N. Bisso also adds 12 harbor tugs to its fleet, five of which are advanced Rotortugs.

We will continue to do business as ‘Seabulk Towing’ in these ports for several months while we complete the transition and rebrand as E.N. Bisso in each port.
