NEW ORLEANS, LA, July 25, 2022 – E.N. BISSO & SON, INC., of New Orleans, Louisiana, is pleased to announce its acquisition of the assets of PORT TOWING CORPORATION of Palm Beach, Florida.
E.N. BISSO, with a current fleet of eighteen tugs, operates as a long-standing and leading provider of ship-assist tug service at New Orleans/Lower Mississippi River; Gulfport, Mississippi and Port Canaveral, Florida. PORT TOWING, with a fleet of three tugs, has been providing harbor tug services at Palm Beach since 1958.

The business at Palm Beach will operate as E.N. BISSO PALM BEACH, LLC. Skip Milling will continue in an active operational and consultancy capacity during a transitionary period. Afloat personnel of PORT TOWING will join E.N. BISSO and the three tugs will continue to operate in the port.
